The NIC MAP Comp Set
Feature is a tool allowing subscribers to retrieve custom, aggregate
revenue, occupancy and supply reports based on a set of properties
that the subscriber selects from the NIC MAP supply database.
Subscribers can search
around a particular zip code, retrieving the 40 closest properties
based on their selected search criteria. Aggregate data returned
includes average revenue per occupied unit, average occupancy, supply
and the average age of the properties
